Full Event Schedule

Friday

9:00 am  – Early arrivals welcome to fly all day friday. If you’d like to arrive wednesday or thursday, email fly@arnpriorradiocontrolclub.com. Please no gassers before 9 am.
4:00 pm  – ARCC Members greeting any early arrivals for camping and RV setup.
9:00 pm – The lights are turned on for night flying. (no gassers after 10 pm)

Saturday

Before 9:00  – Electrics only (no gassers before 9 am any day)
9:00  – Flight Line official opens
9:30  – Pilot Meeting
11:30-1:30  – BBQ Lunch Being Served
5:00 pm  – Flight line is open for all type of aircraft
5:00 pm  – 3D Meat Trifecta service starts
9:00 pm – The lights are turned on for night flying. (no gassers after 10 pm)

Sunday

Before 09:00   – Electrics only
09:00      – Flight Line official opens
After 12:00  – Flight line open to all type of aircraft
