This is your chance to get in front of the people who are pushing the sport of RC flying.  These are one of the most influential groups of flyers at every club.

Help support this great event and the radio controlled community.  We are always looking to improve the event for it’s participants.

Areas you can help out and the commitment we are seeking to achieve for each of the following categories.

Partnership Levels

(in dollars or in-kind services)

1. Title Sponsor:  $2000 (presented by…..logo on all videos, magazine ads and social posts)
2. Platinum Sponsor: $1000 ( logos on magazine ads)
3. Pre-Registration Door Prize:  $500 commitment (name on all calls out for early registration, social media and email lists)
4. Door Crasher:  $500 commitment 10 X Random Door Prizes: $20-50 (to be given out throughout each day)
5. Registered Pilots vote on the individual awards and they are given for:
   1. Balsa Basher Award: $200  (For the pilot who puts the most stress on his airframe)
   2. Best Trick Award: $200 (who has the single best trick)
   3. Crash King Award: $200 (no explanation needed
6. NEW – Trainer Mayhem Competition – Last plane standing $500 or equivalent new trainer

Marketing and Branding Opportunities

Each sponsor who commits to $500 or more in cash or prizing will receive the following.
•Logo on the Event T-Shirt
•Logo on leaders for all YouTube Video
•3D Video Logo Created and available for your companies use as you see fit. (See example here)
•Logos on all email campaigns promoting the event.
•Banner on fencing at field (must supply own banner, or we can have one printed locally, approx $40 to print 3ft X 6ft )
•Professional tagging and hashtags on social media
•Logo on website for 1 year
